Feeding the Ducks at Barnes Park

One of my favorite things to do with Ivy when the weather is beautiful is to feed to the ducks at Barnes Park. The first time we went, she ran towards the ducks, pointing, waving and yelling. The next time, she took a piece of bread and literally walked right up to a Seagull to feed it. The Seagull flew away obviously...too close for comfort. She yells at the ducks, and sticks the food through the fence so it lands right near the front of the fence. Only the bravest of ducks get those pieces of bread. She would stay there all day if I let her. I try to put her in the carseat after we have to go home, and she kicks and wiggles because she wants to stay there all day. I'm sure we will be back many times!
