Park City July Vacay 2015

Every year, we go to Park City with the Davies for a family vacation. It's called "Family Fun Weekend" and it is just that. One day, the boys go golfing, the girls go shopping. We typically go swimming a day or two. We go bowling and try to beat Myron (he should be in a bowling league or something!) We always ride the Alpine Slide, and get a carmel apple from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. We always make the same joke while riding up the Gondola "Tyler, you see those deer up there?" Because one year, my bro-in-law Tyler pointed out like 7 deer or buffalo (I can't remember which) at the top of the mountain, when it ended up being just the other lift in the distance. We also make the same joke about "leaning right" on the Alpine Slide since one year, "somebody" in our group didn't "lean right" and fell off. We also watch the 4th of July Fireworks, bbq, go on walks, and force people to play boardgames! I love this trip. It just is so familiar. And even though we take it with kids now, and this trip was a TON of driving around, trying to get said kiddos to fall asleep, the trip was still so much fun.

The Alpine Slide Crew

Ready to race!
Ivy rode her first merry-go-round. She wouldn't let me put her on the big moving animals, she wanted to be on this little squatty donkey. But she had so much fun!
Next, we put Ivy and Crew on the rocket ship ride. I told Crew to hold Ivy's hand if she got scared. He held it the entire time. It was the cutest thing ever. I don't think Ivy would've stayed on the ride if Crewy wasn't there.
Our first attempt at bringing Ivy to a movie theatre. We went to see Inside Out. She was distracted for about 20 minutes, then she was kinda done. The cutest movie though!
Yes, I'm that mom that likes to dress like her daughter. #overalltwinners

My red, white, and blue girly for 4th of July. How do I ever say no to that pouty face?

Such a fun trip. Can't wait till next year.
